Pregnancy and Infant Loss Awareness Month

I got on stage five months after my daughter died to tell people that she was here.

The beginning of grief.

So many days it feels like I'm still here. Other days it feels like we've brought her so far. I think of all the things that have happened because she lived and all the people she has touched. Not a moment passes that I wouldn't trade any of them to have her back, but I will hold on to the pieces of her I can grasp and forever share her light. Thank you for being here, and for helping me carry my daughter.
